Exercises for sleep apnea breathing problems There are several exercises that may help improve breathing and reduce symptoms of sleep apnea. Here are a few to consider: ● Tongue and throat exercise a) Tongue Slide: Slide the tongue back towards the back of the throat and forward towards the front teeth.
