  2. There are several exercises that may help improve breathing and reduce symptoms of sleep apnea. Here are a few to consider:

  3. Tongue and throat exercise • Slide the tongue back towards the back of the throat and forward towards the front teeth. Repeat for a few minutes

  4. Jaw and mouth exercise • Open your mouth wide and move your jaw to the right and hold for 10 seconds, then move it to the left and hold for 10 seconds

  5. Breathing Exercise • Take a deep breath in, then exhale slowly and completely. Repeat several times.
