This project focuses on revitalizing student activities and engagement within Region 10. Key initiatives include a streamlined submission process for awards, a continuation of competitions, and networks to improve communication and support among members. The appointment of Section Student Activity Coordinators (SACs) aims to enhance information flow and reactivate student branches (SBs) to boost retention. With over 48,000 student members in the region, the project facilitates better connection and factual information about benefits, ultimately supporting students' academic and professional growth.

Student Activities 3 important projects. • R10 Regular Student Activities • New Submission process for awards • Competitions continues to follow the same process • Student Networks • Up-to-date information and help connect better • Proper flow of information from HQ to SBs/members • Appointment of Section SACs and SSR • Reactivate SBs and student retention • Provide factual information about benefits to student members • Coordinate with Sections to help reactivate SBs

Student Membership/Branches Statistics (Dec 2012) • R10 Total Membership: 107,154 • 48,153 (45%) are Students • 9,278 (19%) of Students are female • 116, 224 Global Student Membership • 48,153 (41%) are in R10 • 22% is the Global Average of Students in Regions • 2,354 Global Student Branches • 949 Student Branches (40%) belongs to R10 • 368 (39%) Student Branches have <10 members • 152 (16%) Student Branches have 0 members
