  3. Completion • Initially asked students to complete • Year 1 - good compliance • Year 2 - lower compliance • Year 3 - 25% compliance • Focus groups with students • Make it mandatory

  4. Completion • Discuss it at first year orientation • Importance stressed on RSP • Email all students 3 times • Students who do not comply • Hold placed on registration for elective classes • To lift hold have to complete paper copies of evaluations

  5. Completion • Two years ago • 75% completion in year 3 • Appointment • 97% completion all years

  6. What Next? • Encourage collaborative data interchange between existing academic and administrative systems across campus such as MyInfoVault; • Encourage the development of standards based data interchange formats; • Participate in Sakai Evaluation Task Force
