Limits • Does not allow one report (Composition) to contain results for multiple subjects (providers, hospitals, health plans, etc) • Nesting of observations could be impractical, still exploring • Multiple measures, with multiple measure components, with multiple stratifiers and other groupings (sex, ethnicity, payer)
