  2. Objective • Research about one developmental theorist • Join with other people who researched the same theorist • Together create an outline of important information about the theorist • Share your information to the class

Research • Go online and find three websites that are reputable and have useful information • Reputable site are ones that are backed by research and are proven to be factual • Research journals, site ending in .org, .edu, and googlescholar.com (search engine) • No blogs, chat rooms, or web pages

  4. Requirements • Each person must participate and contribute to the groups work • One member may look the information up while the other types • Create a one page information sheet about the main principals of the theory including a picture of the creator if available • Include citations for the information

Theorists • The theorists you will be researching are • Freud – Personal Development • ID, Ego, Superego • Kohlberg – Character Development • Preconventional, Conventional, Post Conventional • Erikson – Personality Development • Eight Stages of Man • Piaget – Intellectual Development • Sensorimotor, Preoccupational, Concrete Operational, Formal Operational • Maslow – Hierarchy of Needs • Physical – self actualization
