The word of glycerine is from Greek, glykys, meaning sweet.Interesting Facts-Models of compoundPhysical Properties-viscous liquid, colourless, transparent, and odourless sweet syrupy liquid.How is it made-Crude glycerin is usually first produced by refining and condensing sweet water obtained from hydrolysis of oils and fats, then further distilling and refining the solution until arriving at the finished product. It is non toxic a non toxic product.Glycerin liquid- $2-$4, Glycerin soap base- $1-$15.
