  3. Future for the London market • You can't just ask the market and impacted parties what they want to fix today’s problem’s. By the time it is built, they'll need something new. • It is about making change that benefits the London market for the future. • To deliver an enhanced & measurable customer experience • To create a more attractive claims offering for London • To improve & enhance access to data • To review & deliver robust, appropriate technology • To reduce & where possible remove Londonisms

Binder Enhancements • Functionality that brings Binder claims into the scope of ECF to handle; • Co-lead (inc above authority claims) • Master Covers • Cash losses (out of sequence) • Relationships between UCRs – Electronic rubber banding • All of which deliver benefits by; • Removing paper files • Improving claims cycle times by 50% • Removing 90% of claims that are currently ‘out of scope’ • Improving efficiency • Improving client service and turnaround times • Providing MI and bordereaux reconciliation reports

ECF Migration The adoption of change, opportunity to realise benefits, standardise processes and ensure claims and ECF are fit for the future requires migration from historic claim systems, ECF1 and CLASS. The enhancements discussed will allow the future decommission of historic systems GAP analysis between ECF1, CLASS and ECF2 has been completed All of which will be supported by a training and perception programme

The delivery of these claim enhancements will ensure that the London market have leapt from a world of paper and workarounds, making claims fit for the future.
