Maple View Farm Today • Riding Lessons and Summer Camps • Grow and Bale Hay • Grass-Fed Beef & Woodlot Pork • Farm Store approved and added in 2010 • Christmas tree sales (300 trees sold in 2 weeks) • Special Events • Open Barn Day (est. 300 people per day) • Student Horse Shows (est. 150 people per day)

  5. Our Vision Become a unique, local craft beer and kombucha nano-brewing facility educating the public on Farm-to-Beverage production (some ingredients in the production process will come from products grown on the farm)

Site Characteristics • Conveniently located on Maple View Farm • Easy access from town with sufficient parking • Sufficient production for a family business • Space in the facility to accommodate regular small-sized groups of patrons with capacity for larger special events • BREW will likely grow from 2500 gallons to 20,000 gallons per year, offering 4-10 beers and 2-4 kombucha flavors.

Facility Characteristics • Building ft2 – 1500 • Building occupancy – 78 • Patio occupancy – 10-15 • Lawn occupancy – 20-30 • Parking area – 30-34 on gravel next to BREW barn, up to 40 more spots on the farm can be used for overflow parking. • Typical Hours – Thur, Fri 3-7pm; Sat, Sun 12-7pm • Tasting room will be staffed during operating hours.
