  1. SprintSet Initial Consultation and Closing Process

  2. Conduct and Review Body Composition Analysis • Review completed SprintSetQuestionaire • Conduct Body Composition Analysis: • Wipe down Tanita scale with alcohol after each use • Clients must remove shoes and socks • Review Findings: begin discussion with Visceral Fat % (most important) and work your way up. • Visceral Fat: Dangerous fat around the organs. Leads to risk of heart disease, heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure and diabetes. • Body Water %: • If percentage is low (below 45%) and client states they drink a lot water, they may not be absorbing the water (could be due to low trace minerals). Suggest adding lemon/lime to water throughout the day or adding pink himalayan salt to food. • Recommendation: drink half their body weight daily (i.e.,160 lbs. drink 80 ounces) in ounces. • Body Fat %:Proportion of fat to total body weight • Body Mass Index (BMI): Standardized ratio of weight to height • Body Fat Mass: actual weight of fat in our body ** increased body fat is related to high blood pressure, heart disease, type 2 diabetes and certain cancers.

  3. Discuss Interferences that May Prevent Weight-Loss • There are many reasons for weight gain or difficulty losing. • Hormonal and blood sugar imbalances; toxicity; slow metabolism (caused by yo-yo dieting) and other factors. • Toxicity: when a toxin enters the body it attaches to the most readily available host which happens to be a fat cell. As toxins accumulate over time, the fat cells will get bigger and bigger (hence weight gain). • Examples of everyday toxins: drinking from plastic bottles, antibiotics, beauty products, preservatives and chemical additives in processed foods, pesticides and hormones added to non-organic foods, breathing the polluted air, etc. • Metabolism plays a critical role in weight loss. • Yo-yo dieting slows down metabolism, which is why it may be harder to lose weight with each attempt. • It may not be your fault…… • You can exercise and eat healthy and still not lose if one or more of the above interferences are a factor.

  4. SprintSet System Overview • Is a 71 day system where clients will eat whole foods, no processed or frozen. • Consists of weight loss and weight set point phases. • Weight Loss Phase (Sprint): body will begin to heal, remove damaged and sicken cells and burn fat. • Weight Set Point Phase (Set): allows the body to adjust to it’s new weight “set” point. In the final Set new foods will be introduced and the SprintSetter will be equipped with a roadmap of which foods work for them and which work against them (causes an inflammatory response). • Exercise is not required, but we do suggest 30 minutes of walking daily. • Weight-Loss: Women typically lose between 20-30 lbs and Men 30-50 lbs. • SprintSet Kit Contains: • Success Manual (system details and easy to follow recipe options) and Food Journal (lists acceptable foods). • Access to the SprintSetter Online Tracking Portal which ensures accountability where they will receive the support of a personal health coach and Dr. Sahoury. • Herbal supplements which will support metabolism, blood sugar and hormone levels, increase energy and reduce cravings.

  5. System Overview - Continued • Follow-up appointments will be scheduled on or around day 50 and day 71 to re-test body composition analysis. Once they have completed the system, it’s our mission to help our SprintSetters live a healthy, fulfilling life • If client commits to SprintSet we will administer an Oxidative Stress-Urine Analysis which tests for cellular damage, inflammation and toxicity. It is fifty (50) times more accurate than blood work. This will be done at the initial appointment (only if they commit) and re-tested at Day 71 follow-up visit. • Ask if they have any questions? If no, proceed to discuss finances. • The cost of the system includes everything we discussed as well as follow-up appointments and re-testing. • Advise Cost (the cost is determined whether a Full Sprint- 71 days or Short Sprint- 45 days) • Form of payments accepted: all major credit cards and/or offer additional financing options (if available) • If they commit have them sign the SprintSet Agreement, collect payment and provide receipt.

  6. System Overview - Continued • If no commitment, ask questions to determine what’s interfering with their decision to proceed. If not financial and they have one or more of the below, reiterate the importance of how SprintSet can heal and improve their health: • Visceral fat percentage is in the “red zone,” which leads to heart disease, stroke, diabetes, etc. • If they still do not want to commit, provide them with a copy of their BCA and let them know a SprintSet team member will contact them to answer any further questions and/or concerns. • Log information in the Online Tracking Portal for follow up. Log in. click on “User” tab  “Add User”  “User Type” select “Declined Sprint” from drop down  Enter all required fields and click “Add” • The information will be utilized by the SprintSet team for additional follow up.
