  7. Phase I • ERCOT Will Add Nodal Test Users • Each QSE with Resource will be supplied with a single Digital Certificate for Nodal Testing Only • UserID Will Consist Of: • QSEshort +Nodal Test • This certificate will be good only until MPIM is available EDS Digital Certificates

  8. Phase II • Use of MPIM for assignment of Digital Certificates • Removal of Phase I certificates • Test certificates will be created by MP USA on MPIM with roles • By this phase in Nodal testing multiple users with roles are expected to be needed EDS Digital Certificates

  9. Phase III • Zonal Identities Will be Distributed to MPs • MPs Will Confirm User Base is Moving to Nodal • MPs Will Assign Nodal Roles to Users • ERCOT Will Populate Nodal Authentication System • ERCOT Will Remove Access For All Testing Certificates • After population of Production Users • Production Roles Will be Used For Final Testing and MP USA’s Will be Responsible For Correction of Access Issues Resulting From Role Assignment EDS Digital Certificates
