Upcoming Registration Changes New Reschedule/Cancellation Policy Elimination of: Maiden name on application Mother’s maiden name on application Training program coordinator/instructor signature on app. Additional application questions: Section 7 Choice of testing location for speedier testing Are you willing to travel up to: 30 miles – 45 miles – 60+ miles Choice of testing day Would you prefer to test: Weekday – Weekend – Anytime

Training Program Performance Report Generated quarterly Distributed mid-month following close of a calendar quarter Reports only on students who actually tested during the quarter Large programs with multiple instructions will need to distribute internally Reports summary Pass/Fail performance for written and skills exams Reports summary candidate performance by individual content area (written) and individual skills Enables training programs to compare the performance of their students to the state as whole
