FOUNDER PROFİLE He was born in 1975 in İzmir likewise he completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara.He graduated from Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Engineering in Metallurgy Engineering in 1995.After that he came to Ankara for Master Program of Metalurgy Engineering in Middle East Technical Universty (METU) , thus his working life began in Ankara.After working in several companies , he started his new assignment in ‘Akdağ Isıl İşlem San. Tic. Ve Ltd. Şti ‘ as an engineer in 1995. 3 years later he was the company manager and one of firm partners of ‘Akdağ Isıl İşlem San. Tic. Ve Ltd. Şti’ and ‘Metalurji Isıl İşlem San. Tic. Ve Ltd. Şti ‘ and in 2005 he was the general manager and owner of these companies.
On the other hand he was working about Tunnel Technologies since 2002, acoordingly E-Berk Machinery and Metallurgy Ankara Head Office has been established by Özgür Savaş Özüdoğru to increase the production capacity of Tunnel Technologies area in 2006 , in addition this fact he expanded his investments with E-Berk Warehouse and E-Berk İstanbul Office to provide beter service for Tunnel Industry. Özgür Savaş Özüdoğru is currently owner and general manager of these companies besides he is married and has got a child. On the other side , his other tasks are below; - Council Membership of Chambers of Industry ,Ankara (ASO) - Vice President of Board of Auditors of ASO - Membership of Board of Directors of Organized Industrial Region of Anatolia (AOSB) - Membership of Board of Directors of Middle East Industry and Commerce Center(OSTIM) Association of Industrialists and Businessmen(OSIAD) - Vice Presidency of Assocation of Galatasaray Executive and Businessmen
E-BERK Company Profile Our company has been providing services on metal industry which are in the subject of resisting steels and metals since 1993. Our subsidiaries’ machining experience and knowledge which are called Metalurji Isıl İşlem Ltd. Şti. and Akdağ Isıl İşlem Ltd. Şti. encouraged us to establish E-Berk Mak. Met. Ltd. Şti company which has been producing spare parts and cutting tools for tunnel boring industry established in 2002.
Dependon the developing of tunneling technology; our company continues to increase duties and responsibilities both in Turkey and the abroad. According to this achievement, E-Berk company has been actively participated as a solution partner of 16 ongoing projects within totally 30 TBM projects.
There are several products such as single and double cutter discs, ripper with tungsten carbide, cutting knife, bucket etc. have been produced in our company according to different geological conditions, high abrasion resistance and also with different hardness.
E-Berk has ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System certificate and place emphasis on research& development and innovation. Also thecompany contributes projects in academic leveland scientific conferences. In addition this fact,the company use CMM (coordinate measuringmachine) technology and variety equipment inorder to provide quality control standards andrealize production of parts on their samples.
E-Berk has employed 15 engineers (metallurgy, machinery, geology, physics) including a total of nearly 100 administrative and technical staff in 5000 square meter closed production area.
According to E-Berk business understanding such as on time production, timely delivery, quality and after sales service ability; E-Berk seems as solution partner of TBM by its customers which are located in 3 continents and 8 different countries.
E- Berk has exceedingly integrating production system which contains powerful machining line, heat treatment facility, induction hardening and forging techniques.
Within the scope of increasing tunnelling projects, E-Berk continues to its investment and has opened İstanbul branch in May of 2010. According to this investment plan, our new factory building which is under construction now and it is planing to be initiation beginning of 2012 including to 8300 square meter production area.
