  2. C-3 Grant: • C-3: Counselors in charter schools with community involvement. • Funds: Funded by the U. S. Department of Education, Washington, DC. • Time frame: April 2009-June 2012 • Counselors: Four counselors added at four charter schools and one team leader. • Training: Weekly professional development. • Delivered: Through the Pima County Superintendent’s of Schools Office, Tucson, AZ C:3 Grant Office of the Pima County School Superintendent 2009-2012/AKRobinson

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Committees—Chair Person or Co-Chairpersons: • Facilitates Meetings • Responsible for monthly agenda • Starting and ending meeting on time • Collecting minutes • Enforces meeting protocol • Hold members accountable C:3 Grant Office of the Pima County School Superintendent 2009-2012/AKRobinson

  6. Recorder: • Takes minutes & distributes to members in a timely manner • Roll call and attendance/note member stand-ins • Work with Chairperson on Monthly Agenda C:3 Grant Office of the Pima County School Superintendent 2009-2012/AKRobinson

Member Roles and Responsibilities: • Attend monthly meetings • Come prepared---bring materials • **Appoint a stand-in person in case of absence • Actively participate during meetings • Report and share communications and sub-group information with staff and parents • Complete activities(planning/pre-planning & carry out assigned tasks) C:3 Grant Office of the Pima County School Superintendent 2009-2012/AKRobinson
