  10. complain • Hello, this is Mary Stuart. I had dinner with some friends last night at your restaurant. I was really disappointed with the service at your restaurant. First of all, I reserved a table for four people to have dinner at 7p.m., but to my dismay, it was not yet ready when we arrived. We were told that the waiter was still preparing the table, so we had to wait until 7:20p.m. before we were finally accommodated. It seemed that there were not enough wait staff in the restaurant because we also waited almost 30 minutes before a waiter menu that could be brought out quickly because we were already starving by that point. Although we were told our meals would be out in 20 minutes, it took your staff 40 minutes to serve us dinner. Worst of all, the food was served cold, as if it had been sitting on the counter for a long time already. I have never experienced such poor service at any restaurant my life. I hope you can do something to fix this before you lose more potential customers in the future.
