Pennsylvania Shares its borders with Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Ohio, Lake Erie, New York, New Jersey, and the Appalachian Mountains, etc. Pennsylvania is the 33rd largest state, 5th most populated, and the 9th most densely populated region out of 50 states. Pennsylvania is the of the 13 original founding states in the United States.   2. The Philadelphia Museum of Art 1. Location: The Philadelphia Museum of Art is situated along the north-west region of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Eakins Oval. 2. It is an art museum that was originally chartered in 1876 for the Centennial Exposition and was completed in 1928. The museum features over 2,40,000 objects related to European, American, and Asian origin. 3. The Zoo opened on July 1, 1874, with 1000 animals with several being brought over from safari. It is a premier zoo where you can see the breeding of animals, it has been consistently ranked at the top zoological destinations in the US. 3. This zoo is also an important center for protecting the natural habitats of endangered animals, it houses around 1300 rare and endangered animals.
