  3. 水產養殖系 • (1).養殖與環境學門： 養殖與環境生態學、養殖工程學及自動化循環水系統。 • (2).生理生化與遺傳育種學門： 水產生物生理、生化、生殖、內分泌、育種遺傳。 • (3).營養飼料學門： 水產養殖營養分析、飼料製作與調配、餌料生物之培 養及利用。 • (4).病理與免疫學門： 微生物及病理學、免疫學。 • (5).管理與系統分析學門： 藻類生理與生態、養殖經濟分析、生物統計學。 • (6).分子生物技術學門： 基礎化學、分析化學、有機化學、生物化學、分子生物學。

  4. 水產品產銷履歷驗證暨檢驗中心 為全國第一家，通過全國認證基金會TAF ISO/IEC Guide 65:1996認證之水產品產銷履歷驗證機構。 提供藥物殘留檢測、重金屬檢測、微生物檢驗、核甘酸定序等服務。
