Sources of Funding • HOME – Regular - $3,147,982 CHDO - $1,500,000 • AHTF - $1,500,000 Cap $200,000 HOME & AHTF Caps – Regular $500,000 CHDO $700,000
Sources of Funding • ARC - $500,000 (must be essential to Federal or State affordable housing project) Maximum 10% of costs • CDBG – May be available • LIHTC – allocation based on project need • Private Sector – 75% Construction Financing 80% Conventional Financing 93% FHA Approved Financing
