ABCD Project • Vender Tech • A NZ vending machine business that specialises in vending machines and vending machine technology • Have developed numerous cold beverage vending machines • Have also developed numerous condiment/snack food vending machines • Have introduced frozen snack food vending machines to NZ • Have also developed a swipe card vending machine rewards system • Aaron Steele is the Vender Tech CEO • Has had increased requests from licensed premises for alcoholic vending machines • Consequently he has initiated the ABCD project in order to provide a solution to these requests • Normally manages innovative Vender Tech projects, however is unavailable for the ABCD project due to existing work commitments

ABCD Project • Vender Tech (continued…) • Vender Tech has a Research & Development Team who focus on innovative projects • Were responsible for pioneering frozen snack food vending machine technology • Were also responsible for developing the Vender Tech vending machine swipe card rewards systems • Consists of four (4) vending machine technology engineers • The R & D Team will be available to work on the ABCD project • Vender Tech • CEO and head office located in Auckland • R & D Team located in Palmerston North • Vending machine manufacturing plant located in Hamilton

ABCD Project • Alcoholic Beverage & Condiments Dispenser Project • First need to research NZ legislation to find out any legal restrictions/regulations • This will likely require professional legal assistance (i.e. lawyer). Reason being, the ABCD vending machine must be legal in NZ (however, we’re not concerned about any overseas laws) • The outcome of this research may alter the project (e.g. addition of scope requirements/restrictions, or worst case scenario it may render the project infeasible) • The next task will be to make a working prototype of the vending machine • Should dispense condiments and chilled alcoholic beverages • Should incorporate the Vender Tech rewards system • Should allow for cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card, and Text payment • A user manual should also be made for the vending machine • User testing should also be conducted, this should cover end users (i.e. vending machine customers) and maintenance users (i.e. users who maintain the machines)
