  3. Norkom Overview • Who We Are • Norkom is an Irish software and services company focusing on Analytical Applications. Formed in 1998, we now employ approx 100 people, and have offices in Ireland, UK, the Benelux, Boston and Toronto. • What Norkom do • We provide software and consulting services, based on our flagship product Alchemist. Alchemist allows our clients to monitor, profile and analyse customer behaviour and execute business strategies based on that knowledge. Using Alchemist technology, we bring to market business solutions in the areas of Risk & Fraud Management, Customer Relationship Management and Business Intelligence.
