Instructions for Annual Conflict of Interest Disclosure by UNCP EPA employees • Go to https://uncp.myresearchonline.org/air. • Log in using your normal user ID and password • You will need Banner ID (contact Office of Sponsored Programs if you are not able to log in and we will put you into database) • Once on Activities, Interests and Relationships (AIR) database go to blue field at top of page and click on “Home”. • Go to Self-Initiated Disclosures Annual

  2. Step 1: Click on “Home” in blue field and this page will appear Step 2: Click on bottom link and will go to next page

  3. Step 3: Fill in contact information Will need Banner ID to pre-populate fields Step 4: Answer questions Remember to certify and submit
