The Peacemaker Process
  • 4th, 5th graders trained first week of school
  • Watch over younger children at lunch and recess
  • Divide peacemaker teams into groups of 4 or 5 – mix of boys and girls
  • Box of vests moves from room to room with schedule
  • Train students in positive role modeling, conflict resolution, and playground safety
