  3. NEWS! • From 1st July, MoF charged 70,000 VND/ paper test. • The most insurers pay this fee including Cathay.

  4. NEWS! • Regulation of MoF affected on time of issued agent code Test date 16.00pm (T+3) Send test result to MoF 9.00am (T+4) Opening class (T) Before: T+5 activated agent code Now: Receive verified result from MoF & send to AA (T+6…) • Adjust AS and IA training schedule: • AS: change from 5 days into 7 days • IA: change from 5 days into 5 days & 3 hours

Buy by agency Test date: trainers collect voucher Bonus for qualified agent IA/ AS: after 2 months from graduation meet 3,5MPFYP: refund test fee (by voucher) NEWS! • In Cathay, agency must pay for MoF 70,000VND/ test from 30th July on ward. Buy exam voucher at AT • Making payment process with accounting and MoF.

  6. ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH • Training activities • Conducting activity tools workshop in HN • Training for BDO in HCMC & HN. Make sure BDO can: • Help BM to develop, build agency branch • Support SM, Pre BM to recruit & train AS/IA • Support BM to organize morning meeting

ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH • Training activities • Carry out the training regulation from MOF • Issuing memo for opening province course • Registration course: 2 weeks before opening course. • Minimum attendants must reach standard until the last day: 50 persons. If less than these amount, BM needs to pay 200.000đ/ 1 absent person and this amount will be deducted from BM Fund automatically.
