ГАШЕЊЕ ОБЛИГАЦИЈА • ВОЉОМ СТРАНАКА • Contrarius consensus (dissensus), ipso iure • Једнострани отказ • Novatio (idem debitum, aliquid novi, форма, animus novandi) • Litis contestatio (novatio necessaria);у случају iudicium legitimum - ipso iure, у случају iudicio imperio continens, заинтересована странка може подићи exceptio rei iudicate vel in iudicium deductae • Опроштај дуга(за обавезе из крађе или инјурије) -Привидно извршење (imaginaria solutio) акцептилацијом или солуцијом per aes et libram -pactum de non petendo (in perpetuum / in tempus, in rem / in personam)
