  2. QZAB Rule An eligible school must have an educationprogram designed in cooperation with business and receive a private business contribution that is not less than 10 percent of the proceeds of the bond. CyberLearning Provides the 10% Match

  3. Purpose of Academy Must exist in cooperation with business to enhance the academic curriculum, increase graduation and employment rates and prepare students for college and the workforce. Section 54E(d) IRS Code
