IWRP systems user forum welcomes • Representatives from the ‘new’ Universities of Technology – Tshwane and Central (Free State). • Representatives from the ‘academic’ Universities – Wits, UP, Zululand, and KwaZulu Natal. • Representatives from the CSIR, WRC, Rand Water, IWMI and water resources consultants. • DWAF Representatives from the Regions – Limpopo, KZN and Free State. • DWAF Representatives from the National Office. • Forum Chairman and Manager of Directorate: Water Resource Planning Systems – Chris Moseki.

Purpose of the forum Provide a platform for: • Co-operation and sharing among Water Resource Planners that will allow building of opportunities in creative ways and will minimise duplication of effort. • Various participating individuals and institutions to demonstrate and obtain feedback on their own development initiatives. • New information and development requirements to be identified and discussed thus providing stakeholders with an input into the WR Planning systems process. • Informing stakeholders of initiatives taking place in the directorate: WR Planning Systems.
