Network Partner (NP) • Network Partner will be associated with MKCL to execute various business activities • Any Individual / Organization can be register with MKCL as Network Partner (NP) • NP can select any Activity/Business Offering • Activity/Business offering will be allocated to NP depend upon fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

  3. Network Partner (NP) • Following entities can become NP • Sole Proprietorship • Partnership Firm • Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) • Co-operative Society • Private Trust / Public Trust • Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) • Private / Public Limited Company

  4. Network Partner (NP) Registration Process • Applicant Organization (AO) will apply online • Provide basic details • Provide required document • Applicant Organization (AO) will become Network Partner (NP)

  5. Network Partner (NP) • List of Business Activities • ALC (MS-CIT/WAVE) • OASIS Center • NET Activity • Exam Center • School Activity • College Activity • DC Activity • Dealer for various business offering • More….

  6. Benefits to NP • Same NP can apply for multiple activities • Transaction can be managed through single NP account for multiple Activities • Same School/College can be allocated for multiple Activities to multiple NP

MS-CIT NCR-2012 • Important Changes • Applicant Organization (AO) will apply online • Provide location details • LLC will select nearest existing MS-CIT centers which may affect due to new center • Maximum 5 centers can be selected • On basis of that AO will come to know business potential in that area • If AO still continue with same location then performing existing MS-CIT centers will raise objection against AO.

Adobe License Suite • Policy • Adobe Suite License is for a period of one year (i.e. from June 2011 to May 2012) • Center will have to pay the annual license fee for next the year to renew license • Adobe Suite License has to install only on the computer which is uploaded through MKCL's WORM Software

WAVE Course Registration • Existing MS-CIT centers shall be able to register for WAVE courses till December 30, 2011. • Registration fee of `500/- per course • Existing exclusive WAVE shall be able to register for additional WAVE courses till December 30, 2011. • Registration fee of `1000/- per course • WAVE Renewal will takes place in the month March 2012.
