  7. Bacteria • Moneran Kingdom- single celled organisms • CLASSIFIED BY BODY SHAPES: • Spirilla– corkscrew shaped • Bacillus – Rod- shaped • Coccus - Sphere Shaped (round)

  8. PROTIST • Kingdom – Protista • One celled organisms that live in moist environments. • Obtain food in different ways – this is how they are classified 3 examples: Euglena Paramecium Amoeba

  13. Amoeba ( Pseudopods) • Move by extending their body • Finger like structures project like a false foot • Pseudopods used to trap food
