What We Do • Manage inventory of $4,000,000 within both CS and OR departments • Build case (procedure) carts for 18,232 of cases per year • Issue 1,265,612 of items that support the case cart and other inventory needs of the hospitals • Clean, wrap, and sterilize 210,134 items supporting the above cases per year • Clean and distribute 18,151 of equipment per year supporting the needs of the floor and units nurse staff

Our Submission • Strategic outlook – Collaboration between CS and OR has resulted in $452,626 inventory reduction 2007. Procedure based kits, reduce the number of items pulled for case carts.
