What Works In Oklahoma Schools? • MarzanoResearch Laboratory (MRL) • Phase I: Survey and Interview (parents, students, teachers, site and district administrators) school improvement and non-improvement schools about implementation of Oklahoma Nine Essential Elements (OK9EE). • Phase II: Observe and video classroom instruction related to implementation of OK9EE for study. • Phase III: Provide interview protocols, results of study, and district and site audit tool.
