DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENTLEASE PORTFOLIO The Head Office of the Department of Social Development (DSD) is currently accommodated in the Human Science Research Council (HSRC) building which is a leased facility at 134 Pretorius Street, Pretoria CBD. A total of 17 383 m² office space and 129 parking bays is occupied by this Department in the said building.  The lease contract expired on 30 April 2017. The Independent Appeals Tribunal of the DSD is accommodated in another leased facility (2 597 m² and 132 parking bays), namely the Harlequins Office Park situated in Groenkloof, Pretoria.

  4. RESOLUTIONS OF THE MINISTERS MEETING • DSD remain in the HSRC Building whilst DPW test the market for interim accommodation for the DSD.
