  1. REALTEK AUDIO DRIVER INSTALLED BUT NOT WORKING Realtek drivers are one of the most popular sound drivers for the computer. Sometimes the drivers encounter trouble that leads to audio failure on your computer. The problem can be caused due to an outdated driver, incorrect driver installation, and a corrupt driver. Solution-1: Reinstall the driver If you have installed the incorrect driver or performed an improper driver installation, you can uninstall the current driver and install it again. On the desktop, press the Win and R keys together to open the Run dialog box. In the empty field, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. When the Device Manager window opens up, click the Sound, video and game controller menu to expand it. Right-click the Realtek Audio driver menu and click Uninstall to remove the driver from the system. After uninstalling it, restart computer to fix Realtek audio driver installed but not working issue.
