  2. Introduction • Do you know what it’s like to live on a farm? • What animals are found on a farm? • What products do we get from animals on the farm? • What do farmers use animals for? • Communicate and learn from students at other schools by using a blog.

  3. Task • Search for farm animals with your group and put into concept map • Use resources to learn about products received from farm animals. • Use new knowledge to fill in thinking maps. • Share information learned about Buttercup with others on our blog.

  4. Process Click on the link below and complete the map about a farm animal. farm animal map

  5. Click on each farm animal to learn about the products they provide.

  6. With your team complete the web using your new information about farm animals. My Animal Map

  7. Write a sentence using what you’ve learned about Buttercup’s life on the farm. As a class we will post your sentences on the Webkinz exchange blog. Click to view other Webkinz adventures!

Conclusion • Students should be able to identify farm animals and describe products we get from them. • Students will use their new knowledge to complete farm animals thinking maps. • Students will share their new knowledge about farm animals with students around the world using our classroom Webkinz blog.
