  20. Since 1997 till present she has been working in the Empowering Education program, is one of the authors of the Empowering Education textbooks (1st edition 1999; 2nd edition 2002). She has been coordinating the Empowering Education program implemented in Crimean secondary schools as well as in Journalism Department of Taurida National University.

  22. She held trainings for the Empowering Education program participants in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Moldova, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.

Defining of gender component at different levels of language and speech: in phonetics, lexics, phraseology, morphology, syntaxes;Analysis of gender stereotypes in Ukrainian media; Gender expertise of Ukrainian textbooks;Implementing of gender component in curricula of secondary and higher schools.
