All Company Car DriversInitial Activities • Complete Skills & Performance Assessment – 2 times a year (align with Kellogg PMP Cycle) – 5 minutes • Assesses driving skill in approximately 5 minutes. Aligns with self reporting of accidents and moving violations • If you answer incorrectly, it will tell you why • The output of this activity drives the On Road Behavior Intervention Tool (ORBIT) process • Complete Perception Analysis – Annual – 5 minutes • Assesses the level of cultural integration of safety in the field and is a confidential assessment. The results of these assessments are aggregated and used to design/enhance the organization’s overall program. • Stress Confidentiality • Your input will impact the SAFE Committee’s output back to you • Complete Subject Practiced on the Road (SPOTr) Every Period • SPOTr is a short 15 minute online engaging awareness modules that are completed on a monthly basis • Make sure you turn up volume and click FINISH button at end! • First Month Time Commitment = 25 minutes

Assesses driving skill in less than 5 minutes. • Also requires self reporting of accidents and moving violations. • The output of this activity drives the ORBIT process • Conducted twice per year. Assesses the level of cultural integration of safety in the field and is a confidential assessment taking 5 minutes. The results of these assessments are aggregated and used to design/enhance the organization’s overall program. Activities Page • SPOTr, which stands for Subject Practiced on the Road are short, engaging awareness modules that are completed on a monthly basis.

All Company Car Drivers Complete 10 minute online Subject Practiced on the Road (SPOTr) Every period Complete 15 minute per event Accident Report process as necessary Managers Complete On Road Behavior Behavioral Intervention Tool (ORBIT) with your direct reports twice a year. If conducted in field, time is based on field visit If conducted via conference call should be about 15 minutes Finalizing coaching process is about 10 minutes Follow up with employee on Accident Report. Provide coaching Ongoing Fleet Safety Activities

  7. ORBIT Coaching • You have two options to choose from. Print ORBIT and Submit ORBIT

  9. Submit ORBIT and Complete • Click and complete • Can also assign a refresher SPOTr • You have the option of sending a completed copy to driver, admin and your supervisor • Make sure you click submit!!

  10. Accident Reporting • Very simple process to complete. Focus areas are what happened and what could have been done to prevent this from happening

  11. Accident Reporting • Make your selections here • Move vehicles into place and adjust • If you need to redraw click here to clear • Save scene and manager has a full report

Accident Reporting • When manager receives report they have to do three things: • Read it • Add comments • Follow-up with driver • Report is closed out when you select calendar date that follow-up was conducted. • You will be provided with coaching plans to conduct this. • Note – you have the option of sending a final copy of the report to the driver, Safety Manager, and your supervisor.
