Using NICP, Enable and Require Search Engines to Block Search Engine Results from Public Access or Display of Known Internet Child Pornography Websites or Pages. 3. BAN all Advertising of Known Internet Child Pornography Websites or Pages. 4. Require US-based Internet Service Providers (ISP) to Block or Filter any Known Internet Child Pornography Websites or Pages from Public Access. 5. Hold Search Engine & ISP CEOs civilly and criminally responsible, if not cooperating.
