  3. Traditional food – borscht (boršč) • 400g beef • 200g beetroot • 300g white cabbage • 250g potatoes • 2 carrots • 1 parsley • 1 onion • 2 garlic cloves • 50g tomato paste • 30g butter • sour cream • vinegar

  4. Recipe At first we tenderize, insert it into pot, add 1,5 liter water, cover it up. We cook it about 1 or 1,5 hour. Then we choose meat and broth cullender. Cabbage cut into thicker pieces, root vegetables and onion into strips and diced potatoes. In a skillet melt fat, add chopped vegetables and fry. Put it into the prepared broth, add chopped cooked beetroot, bay leaf, black pepper, 1 tablespoon vinegar, salt and cook for 20 minutes. The finished soup seasoned with crushed garlic, add the chopped meat and chopped parsley. Serve with sour cream.
