The Media house manages public affairs, public relations, political consulting, government relations, public strategies, publicity, and media relations. He links individuals and businesses with the media and helps them adjust mutually to each other. The Media firm connects entrepreneurs, communities, startups, policy makers, organizations, CEOs, founders, and nonprofit organizations with various media on all levels to help them convey their message and grow their brand. JGrill Media helps individuals and businesses gain influence and strong relationships with government, the public, and the private sectors. The firm helps build a professional brand by publishing articles in national online publications and helps clients get more business.

He regularly contributes to the Politico, Huffington, KC Business Magazine, Politix and the Recovering Politician. He worked at CNN with a senior political correspondent and worked as an adjunct professor at Park University. For his excellent contribution to Autism Speaks, he was voted as KC Man of the year 2011. He raised $3000 for the organization. He was also voted Best Local Politician in 2008.
