TOP 08 AGILE METHODOLGY Agile Scrum Methodology Scrum is a lightweight agile project management framework that is used to manage iterative and incremental projects where each project consists of two to four-week sprints. Kanban Kanban follows the Lean and Just In Time approach of production that states- ‘What to produce when to produce it and how much to produce. Lean Software Development It is an iterative type of agile methodology and it aims to deliver a high-quality product to customers. Scaled Agile Methodology (SAFe) This agile framework is for development teams and it emphasizes three pillars i.e.; Team, Program, and Portfolio. Extreme Programming (XP) This methodology is very helpful in projects that require constant changes and quick ` delivery. Feature Driven Development (FDD) It is an iterative and incremental software development process. This methodology is known for short iterations and frequent releases. Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) This framework is based on eight principles i.e. focus on business needs, deliver on time, collaborate, never compromise quality.
