  1. How do you run a beta test? Following are the steps required to run a beta test: UNDERSTAND NEED TO CONDUCT A BETA TEST SELECT THE RIGHT TESTERS Ask certain specific questions, which will, in turn, be easy to filter those users who are genuinely interested in testing your product. The first step is to understand what are the outcomes that you want by conducting a beta test. A STABLE PRODUCT COUNTS PROVIDE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS Once the right users (testers) are ready to take up the testing task, make sure that all the necessary documents or resources are available. Customers/users should test a product that is at least in a stage where the number of bugs are minimal, or even better there are no bugs at all VALUE YOUR USERS LEARN YOUR LESSONS What all issues, challenges, obstacles that have been tackled in the beta testing activity need to be thoroughly analysed and studied Their feedback needs to be quickly solved so that they feel important and in turn become more engaged in testing the product thoroughly.
