  1. Bienvenidos al Salón 504 Ms. Green Sra. Verde

  2. Student Handbook • All policies/rules apply • No eating in class = lunch detention • Only water • No gum= lunch detention • Use your planner • Write down homework/Vocab. • Plan ahead

  3. If you are absent • Check the website: walnutcreeksd.org for missed homework. • Ask a classmate for vocab./check with me • You have the number of days absent to make up absent work

  4. Late Work • Homework is only accepted on the day that it is due. Homework is always worth 5 points. Homework that is incomplete when due, can and should be finished and turned in by the end of the period or school day for partial credit

  5. Grades • I post grades twice or more per quarter, if you need to update your parents more frequently, ask me before or after class, or email me. • It is your responsibility to keep your parents informed of your grade

  6. Miscellaneous • Pencil sharpener —wait until there is no one talking—if working independently anytime is fine—wait until the last person has sat down. • Cell phones– I follow the policy in the WCI handbook—no exceptions. • bathroom– use the bathroom between classes, leave your backpack in the room check w/ me/go, or if needed use a bathroom pass—you’ll get 2 per quarter (f not used, can be turned in for E.C. • Tardies--I consider tardies disrespectful and I follow the tardy policy in the WCI handbook

  7. If you need to talk to me • Please don’t interrupt my teaching • Check with me at the beginning or end of class • I am usually here at least 30 minutes before and after school. • Write me a note • Send me an email
