STORE SITE SURVEYStore Name: City GearAddress: Jackson, MSStore Contact: Keisha BrocaDate: The purpose of this survey is to map out and collect information to plan the future installation of new Adidas merchandising fixtures. Wall units come in 4 ft sections. The picture to the right shows a (4ft Footwear) section on the left and a (4ft Apparel) section on the right. They are joined together as one unit. Additional 4 ft sections of Footwear and/or Apparel can continue to be added on. Each 4ft section requires flat wall space, at least {4ft wide x 10ft in height}. Flat metal frames get installed into the wall so the space must be flat, without angled walls and/or obstructions Fixtures can be mounted onto drywall, slat wall or other wall units. There are also floor fixtures which can be added to stores {Footwear Towers, Benches, Tables, Gondolas, Mannequins Be sure and obtain all available data on next page, regardless . We want to capture the maximum space available, so determinations and decisions can be made in the future on what the store may receive. Please add any extra information which may be pertinent
