  2. Create a Neighborhood Information Page from scratch After pages have been created and saved into the libraries, you can view/edit the pages here Start a new page

  3. Create your page Specify who should have access to this page You have the option to attach the page to one of your listings instantly

  4. The page is saved in your library for future use, editing, deleting, & viewing

  5. If you don’t choose to instantly attach your page to a listing from the tool, you can do it manually from the My Listing Editor tool: Select your listing Click into this radio button to select the My Neighborhood page Library portion

  6. Click on “Attach My Neighborhood Informational Page To Listing”

  7. 1. Open the folder that you saved your page into (personal or office) by clicking on the + sign to expand the folder open • Select your page by clicking into the circle • Click the “Save & Continue” button

  8. The page has been attached to your listing and will appear on ERA.com 2-4 hours later

  9. To attach a Neighborhood Information page to your Super Profile, log into the Super Profile tool and click on the “Additional Pages” link

  10. Click on the “Include My Neighborhood Library Page” link to attach a page to your Super Profile

  11. Listing page Super Profile page Once the links are clicked on from either source, the consumer Will be able to view the neighborhood information page you’ve Created and attached
