Actual System • The legacy system • the xml-based data exchange format is a proprietary format • we get already XBRL files, but the data is mapped into the report orientated structure of the legacy system • semantical information are lost  From a technically point of view the underlying data model is insufficient for the new challenges

Planned System • Advantages • Change from a template centred approach to a data centred approach • only validated data reach the system and are saved in the Data base • the process is more automated • the submitter gets an electronic feedback • the supervisors have only to clarify difficult issues
