  7. Description Of Our Event Facility, Cont. • Fundraisers require two criteria for success: 1) Making money! 2) Having a wonderful time doing so! Here is what you have to do: • Call for a date • Sell a minimum of 72 or a maximum of 234 tickets. • We take care of the event details • This will include a chef prepared luncheon or dinner meal, choice of live entertainment, a two or three hour scenic train ride, an optional reception, and a wonderful venue to raise money for your great cause that everyone supports

Description Of Our Event Facility, Cont. • Dinner Parties, Weddings, Anniversaries, Family Reunions, Rehearsal Dinners & More • Invite 10 to 234 of your closest friends, family or colleagues • Enjoy a wonderful meal, live entertainment and a scenic train ride • A wide variety of gift packages are available including flower arrangements, balloon bouquets, special cakes, and other unique train themed gifts • Cash Bar available with unique cocktails and wines • Overnight accommodations available onboard the train for the guests of honor or just those wishing a unique get-a-way • Nearby hotel accommodations available at discounted rates for all Star Clipper Guests

Description Of Our Event Facility, Cont. • Pre-Departure Events Available • Enjoy some Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails with your friends, family or colleagues in our lounge cars before our dinner train departs • Cocktail Parties • Enjoy an evening on our Steel Wheels Entertainment train. We will provide great entertainment and a great atmosphere.

Description Of Our Event Facility, Cont. • Pre-Departure Lounge Cars • A special pre-departure mingle with a Wine and Cheese tasting experience is offered from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. in our Kentucky Thoroughbred and Vista Cavern railcars on Friday evenings and our lounge cars are open for early boarding on all other evenings. Relive the romance of railcar travel in one of our lounge cars prior to your departure.
