  3. The Detail Net Capacity – 132Mw (Rotokawa 1 – 34 Mw) The largest single shaft Geothermal Power Station in the world. Design is a Triple Flash configuration producing steam at high, intermediate and low pressures. 45,000 t/day of Geothermal Fluid Produce 1100 GWh annually. Enough to power 140,000 homes. Rotokawa Geothermal Field will supply just less than 3% of the New Zealand’s total electricity needs.
