FACTORS FOR INCREASING THE TOURISM SHARE IN BULGARIAN ECONOMY the increased quality of the Bulgarian tourism offer as a result of the better management on behalf of the private sector the gradual improvement of the level of services in Bulgaria the improved image of Bulgaria as a civilized, peaceful and modernizing European destination with a slightly exotic taste macroeconomic and political stability, stable currency, relatively low and foreseeable price level appropriate balance between the quality and the price of the services Ministry of Economy

  12. INVESTMENTS IN TOURISM • Considerable investments in the hotel base and infrastructure amounting to hundreds of millions euro have been realized since 2001. Most of them - by Bulgarian private investors.
