Sponsorship Package • Radio Elements: • 120 Shared Promotional Mentions • 75 Shared Promotional Liners • 15 (fifteen) :60 Seconds bank of commercials • On site day of the event • 1500 impressions – Flyers and Posters • Banner Prominently displayed in booth area. (Client must supply) • 1(one) Banner Prominently displayed in booth area. (Client must supply) • 2 (two) on-stage live mentions during the event • 1(one) on-stage presentation with a Activa 1240AM DJ • 1(one) 10 x 10 space allotted for your display area • 2(two) VIP Passes • 1(one) Parking Pass • Total Investment: $2,500.00 Net Note this package does not include electricity. Electricity will be an additional cost of $500 Radio commercials air Monday thru Sunday from 6AM to Midnight. Activa 1240AM reserves the right to changes prior to start date.This is a non-cancelable agreement and cannot replace existing media placed on Activa 1240AM.

Booth Package • On site Day of Event: • Banner Prominently displayed in booth area (Client must supply) • 1(one) On Stage Live Mention during the event. • 2 (two) VIP passes • 1(one) Parking pass. • Total Investment:$1,000.00 Net • Note this package does not include electricity. • Electricity will be an additional cost of $500 Radio commercials air Monday thru Sunday from 6AM to Midnight. Activa 1240AM reserves the right to changes prior to start date. This is a non-cancelable agreement and cannot replace existing media placed on Activa 1240AM.
