The December Senior Exhibition is a combined exhibition for Fall Graduates from all department; the Spring Cycle features individual shows for each department
One exhibition-ready piece presented to jury in Sharadin Art Gallery

DEADLINES ARE FIRM AND FAILURE TO MEET THEM
WILL RESULT IN EXCLUSION FROM THE EXHIBITION —
THIS WILL JEOPARDIZE YOUR ABILITY TO GRADUATE.
The Fine Arts exhibition is curated by an outside juror. You will submit pieces to be considered for exhibition.
It is unlikely that all students will be represented in the show (only pieces that add to the overall exhibition statement will be included).
Submit your best work regardless of medium and completion date
Need not be the result of course assignments
Available duration of exhibition; cannot be removed
Maximum quantity listed on exhibition schedule
CRITICAL INFORMATION: Maximum 5 works
Only submit exhibition ready works.
Arrangements can be made for the juror to come to studios in Sharadin to see site specific and oversized works. Arrangements must be made and approved, by email, with gallery director BEFORE loan forms are submitted.
The juror can also consider images of site-specific or oversized works. Images must be JPEG format on a CD-ROM which is delivered during drop-off.
We begin installing the exhibition the day after the jurying process takes place. Consequently: ONLY submit finished works that can be installed the next day.
Discuss installations, performances, media works with Director
(before loan form due)
Equipment and arrangements during the exhibition are the responsibility of the artist
Off-site presentations encouraged but not considered “participation”
Performances & media works in gallery during reception at director’s discretion
Web-based -- must be completed online
Incomplete and late forms not accepted
Long titles and long medium descriptions will be edited
Forms for complicated works must include installation instructions

CRITICAL INFORMATION: Tuesday, March 31, 10:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m.
The jurying process will take the afternoon of drop-off day.
CRITICAL INFORMAITON: Results of the jurying process will not be made available until reclaimation of declined work takes place:
Wednesday, April 1, 9:00 a.m. - noon.
You must come to the gallery, in person, during this time to find out if your work was accepted and to reclaim any declined artwork.

If unable to reclaim, must arrange for agent to reclaim

Stored work only available during next exhibition’s public hours

• At least 6 jpeg image
• A reference list (Word or text file), that identifies each image file with: title of work, year completed, medium, size (h” x w” x d”).
• A file containing your Artist’s Statement (at least 250 words in a MSWord or text file)
