  2. Project Overview • To Implement an online e-Commerce web site. • With shopping cart technology! • Oracle DB selected • Linux platform for stability • Hosted locally for complete control of site!

Approach • RAD (Rapid Application Development) • Get it done little time as possible • Our time to deploy was limited! • Simulated a possible real world situation • Brainstormed on how the site should look • Decided how the site should feel with one click access to products and information. • Keep it Simple.

Use Cases • Add new Customer • Module activated when checkout is initiated. • Search for a book • Accessible from any page in on the site. • Create Order • Activated as soon as the first item is placed into the shopping cart. • Modify Order • When viewing the shopping cart the order may be modified. • Checkout & CC verification • When customer is completely satisfied with order
